Shipping Policy
Ensuring that your Brackettt Design Dynamics LLC products are delivered on time, in full, and with excellence is very important to us.
Tracking your parcel: Brackettt Design Dynamics LLC ships with Australia Post Track and Trace, and Australia Post Express, ensuring your parcel can be tracked safely to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
For all countries outside of Australia and New Zealand, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order. Brackettt Design Dynamics LLC will not refund your order if you do not wish to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and policies vary per country, please see here what the thresholds are for your country. This may also impact delivery times.

*Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days of being received. If there is a delay in the supply of any of the products you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay so you may either cancel your order or agree on a further delivery time with us.

Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
